Grant was awesome and installed our rental RO filter quickly. The monthly rental price is very reasonable after looking around at other companies in San Diego, but most importantly there are no hidden fees or tricks. Happy to keep supporting this local business and even more happy my drinking water tastes so good now.

Super fast response time,  professional, reliable, thinks outside the box when trying to troubleshoot a broken water softener that was not a typical brand they work on.   I appreciated Grant, the owners, honesty and hard work, and I know I got a good deal on a new unit.  Highly recommend!

My pipes were slowly filling up with minerals and I could only get a trickle of water in my bathroom sink, so I was looking for a Water Softener, and Coast Water was the only company that:
1) did not try to vigorously upsell me to a ridiculously expensive whole-house water filtration system, and
2) actually had a solution for water softening that worked in my little condo unit (none of the other companies seemed to have any idea of how or where to fit the water softener, or what to do with the wastewater).
On top of that, they had the absolute best price of the 4 or 5 companies that gave me quotes.
It's been 9 months now, and I am happy to report that the hot water in my bathroom sink once again runs rather than trickles.  The hot-water-softening-only option provided by Coast Water worked great.
